    After seeing this video, I’ve gotta get back into exercising. Have stopped working out for over 4 months now and sadly gained about 15 lbs. :o ( Now I gotta lose those extra lbs I gained plus some more. Thanks for the encouraging video.

    I’m a huge fan of your makeup channel. However, if you’re not a certified trainer or if you dont study in the field,you should refrain by giving out exercises. You have bad joint positioning & posture in most of the exercises. And for some people,this could lead to stress injuries if done repetitively.I’m a rehab therapist so I know what I’m talking about.The exercises per say are good but if you dont know which muscles they strengthen or the proper/safe way of doing them, it can be harmful.
