I have had this for a week and have already tried 3 of the recipes. Most of the recipes are very good, and they sound yummy. Great for vegetarians and I love the fact that they are nearly fat free! Very simple recipes and in an easy-to-use format.
This small, compact easy to read vegan cookbook is wonderful and the recipes have no added fat. This is a very hard to find combination in a vegan cookbook. I especially love the berry cobbler recipe and make it over and over again varying the fruit. My husband and family love it and it is sooo easy to make…The whole wheat pancackes are simple, and delicious. My 3 year old granddaughter loves them. What I like about all of her recipes, besides the fact they contain no added fat, is the simplicity of ingredients and preparation. I keep this little book right next to my stove and use it frequently. A must have for any vegan cook who is fat conscious.
